The Signia Silk Charge&Go IX CIC (Completely-in-Canal) hearing aids are the smallest hearing aids available at UBHearing. This is the fourht generation of this technology which is significantly smaller than earlier versions. The Silk Charge&Go IX hearing aid fits about 80% of ear canals and uses comfortable silicone domes which comfortably change shape based on canal/jaw movement. These hearing aids are rechargeable and are best matched to those with mild to moderate losses, good word discrimination, adequately sized ear canals, and minimal dexterity issues.
