Unlike some businesses driven solely by maximizing profit, we strive to be fair and generous in meeting the needs of our community. UBHearing has not only achieved our goal of providing low prices but has also established a stellar reputation for quality. A remarkable 95% of our business stems from word-of-mouth referrals, saving us substantial marketing costs. This kind of advertising not only contributes to keeping prices low but also brings us the best kind of clients - ones that already trust us based on the success of mutual acquaintances. While UBHearing shares similarities with traditional clinics, offering certified brand-name hearing aids, a 90-day return period, and industry-standard 3-year warranties, we have unique aspects to our approach. Our free 90-minute hearing test, often described as "fun," is the most comprehensive test you'll ever experience, and assists us in mapping client needs to the most valuable hearing aid features for them, without overselling features of little to no benefit. Unlike traditional clinics, we opt for in-clinic demonstrations rather than take-home demos. Moreover, we don't inflate prices with an "Unlimited Parts & Service Plan." After-sale appointments and replaceable parts are available at significantly discounted rates.
